It was a tough but comprehensive interview experience. I had to analyze both organizational and internal processes. The process started with 6 to 9 stages and I progressively moved through them. It was an intuitive and interesting process, especially considering recent events. I'm keen on reapplying in the future.

I applied through the college website and got a call for a face-to-face interview. The interview was in Waterloo, ON. Within 7 days, I got a call from HR saying I was selected and asked if I wanted to accept their offer.

I got referred by someone and was talking a lot with the project manager, which made things feel pretty chill and open. The first interview was about 30 minutes, and it was mostly about my personal skills, leadership stuff, and behavioral questions. They also asked me a bunch about the company. About 3-4 weeks later, I had a final interview where I had to answer more questions like before and also give a presentation on a topic. The people there are great, but the office is pretty out of the way. The overall work vibe seems good.
