The interview process started with an assessment test that was pretty easy. Then, there were three one-hour face-to-face interviews that they did all at once, taking up my whole day. After that, they told me I got selected and we talked about the compensation. They then sent an email for document verification, which I completed and sent back. I didn't hear anything for a week, so I reached out, and they said an offer letter would be coming in a few days. The following week, they called to say I wasn't a good fit after all and that the position was already filled. This was a terrible hiring experience.

I had an HR phone screen first. Then a virtual interview with two senior software engineers which was a 1-hour tech interview using codeshare. The final interview was two one-hour blocks, one tech and one behavioral. This company was unprofessional. I had to reach out to HR multiple times about the process and waited weeks for interviews. The first tech interview was good, with engaging engineers who helped me with a palindrome coding question. During the second tech interview, I got stuck on the code and the engineer didn't help, just used their laptop. The behavioral interview after that made me feel confident about hearing back. It's been two months since the final interview with no response, which I find rude, especially as a recent graduate. I'd prefer an automated rejection over being ignored.
