After I sent my resume in, I got an email a few days later with a link to a 40-minute assessment that included an IQ test and a personality test. I figured an interview would happen next, but two weeks after that, I got an email saying I wasn't being considered anymore. It felt like a waste of my time to do a 40-minute assessment before any talking or interview.
