Customer Support Associate
You'll go through a two-step hiring process. First, there's an assessment that checks your English and voice skills. Then, you'll have a personal interview where we'll talk about how well you communicate, solve problems, and generally fit the role.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What would you do in this situation?
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
Customer Support Associate
I applied on their website and then had a recorded virtual interview. After that, I had a virtual interview with a manager and team leader. They sent me documentation about their benefits and how great the company is, but I tried not to get too excited early. After the final interview, I was given a written assessment to be done within 48 hours. The entire process took 1.5 months, and it would have been longer if I had not reached out to them for the outcome. HR said that I did not get the offer because I did not do well with the troubleshooting questions during the final interview. I wish they would not send the written assessment if someone failed in the final interview, as that would have saved the applicants time and effort.
- Tell me about a time you faced a challenging customer situation and how you handled it.
- How would you troubleshoot an issue where a customer is unable to access their account?
Customer Service Representative
The first phone interview was brief and straightforward. Following that, I had a second interview that lasted 90 minutes. It was demanding but manageable. Being truthful about your past experiences is key; it just requires some time and reflection. When they ask for examples, make sure they are specific. After the interview, they asked for an example of how I'd handle a tech support issue and to write a sample email reply. There was also a typing test.
- Can you share an instance where you needed assistance because you couldn't resolve a situation independently, and what was the outcome?
- Could you demonstrate how you would address a technical support question?
- Please compose a sample email response to a customer query.
