Technical Behavioral Case

It was a quick and straightforward process. The first round involved some technical questions about negative EBITDA and valuation methods. The second round was entirely behavioral, with a VP asking a lot of fit-based questions about culture and my interest in NC/Blackarch. We even talked about fantasy football. The culture seems relaxed but with a strong work ethic.

The whole thing took about a month, and there were 3 main stages. First, there was a phone screen that didn't really go deep into technical stuff. Then, I had an in-person interview on campus. The night before, there was a meet and greet, and then on the interview day, a 30-minute group interview. Finally, the last round was a 'superday' at the actual office. Again, we had a meet and greet the night before, and then the next day was packed with 12 separate interviews.

The interview questions were pretty straightforward, but they invited over 30 candidates to the superday, making it feel like a real numbers game. I enjoyed talking to the people I met, though I wasn't entirely sure what they were looking for since the offers seemed a bit arbitrary.
