First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Black Diamond Networks.
Technical Recruiter
This was a single interview round. They wanted to assess my conversational skills, understand my motivation for pursuing sales, and get a sense of my personality.
- Could you introduce yourself and explain what made you interested in sales?
Technical Recruiter
This job has a really long interview process for the low pay they offer. You have to talk to about 4 to 6 people, but then they just ghost you in the end. The pay is bad, only 45k, and you have to be in the office 100 percent of the time. They expect you to make 80 calls a day, but honestly, good recruiters know that doing a good job is more important than just making a ton of calls.
- Are you ready to put in extra hours and make a lot of calls?
Recruiter
Recruiter set up phone interviews with two companies and one in-person interview. They were really pushing me to consider roles they were working on, but didn't give me a job description or salary details beforehand. Otherwise, they were very aggressive in pursuing me to pursue positions he was working on.
- Why didn't I get an offer?
- The hiring manager mentioned this was for a direct hire and hasn't decided on the specific role yet.
- What's the salary range for this position?
