I first spoke with a recruiter over the phone, and then I had two interviews with managers. They were really easy to talk to and seemed understanding, but they did ask some good questions. Make sure you prepare to explain why you're a good fit for the role.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard process. They asked logistical questions, why sales, what motivates you, and some behavioral stuff. The actual interview was standard, but the phone screen was weird because they didn't seem to care that I'd be a full-time student during the internship. They're strange about work hours and aren't flexible on how you split up the hour minimum. Like, I have classes too??

First I spoke with a recruiter. It was a short chat about my background. They asked about my CSV experience and my current job. I then had to talk about my experience using different validation tools and methodologies. The recruiter told me what happens next. The next step was a technical interview with the hiring manager.

Behavioral Technical

Someone reached out on LinkedIn, I responded quick but then didn't hear back for a week. They called randomly expecting to interview me right then. We rescheduled and they called late, then got into fuzzy details and couldn't tell me about how successful AEs are, churn, or how long people stay.
