I uploaded my CV/LinkedIn on an HR platform, which then asked me 2-3 general questions. Very quickly, I got an email saying I was selected for an online analytical test that would determine if the recruitment process would continue. There were 10 online questions, a quiz that shouldn't take more than a second for a bot to correct. 4 months later, I still haven't received any feedback - not even negative - on this stage. It's disappointing when even an automatic email could have been generated for this type of test.

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The process involved an initial HR screening, followed by a logic test, and then an interview with the team lead. The HR person was great, very helpful and communicative, making it a pleasant conversation. However, the team lead interview wasn't difficult, but we didn't really connect. It felt unengaging, like she was just going through a checklist without genuine interest in me.
