I applied online and then interviewed with BKD when they came to campus. It was mostly a chat with one of the partners, not many technical or behavioral questions, and it went for about 30 minutes. They asked really general questions. The interviewer first talked about their own background, then asked about mine, and we just talked from there, except for the standard "Why BKD?" question.

The interview process included a single one-on-one meeting with a recruiter based in Dallas. An assistant was present outside the interview room to welcome applicants, which was reassuring, especially on a college campus. The interview was arranged via a college recruiting office, so the organization of it wasn't remarkable. However, the interview went really well and felt very informal. In the 30 minutes allocated, I managed to show the recruiter I would fit into the company's culture and atmosphere. The recruiter's calm demeanor created a casual atmosphere, allowing me to be myself.

The process started with on-campus interviews, followed by a dinner with staff members. Then, there was a full day on-site that included three interviews with partners. The work environment was noted as beautiful, though the cubicles for new hires were quite small. Everyone interviewed with seemed friendly and career-focused. Overall, it was a great process.
