Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BJC HealthCare.
Intern
It took weeks to hear back after the interview process, which had four rounds. First, there was a phone interview to see if I was qualified. Then, three more rounds happened that focused on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Intern
I had an interview with 6 people. They asked questions about my previous job background and some random questions about my experiences in different places. They also asked me to describe myself while they read my resume. They were very nice. My advice is just be cool, and you can survive.
- Can you describe yourself using three words?
- Tell me about your past work experience.
- Can you share your experiences from different places?
Intern
It was easy and friendly. They contacted me and asked me questions about my life, and what I would like to do. They also asked me what experience I had in the past, and what I would like to learn.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What are your career aspirations?
- What relevant past experiences do you have?
