first there was a phone screen thats lasted about 15 minutes. then the recruiter felt like i was a good match so she set up a face to face interview with her, & lastly a interview with the department manager who stated she liked me & showed me around the office.

The interview process was lengthy, involving 5 interviews in total. I even had the chance to meet with the Executive I would be supporting, and we seemed to connect well. It was a wonderful and productive interview. I sent follow-up thank you and review emails, but unfortunately, I was completely ghosted. I tried reaching out to the BJC recruiter multiple times, but I couldn't even get a response, not even a form letter. It was extremely unprofessional, and I won't be applying again.

It was pretty straightforward, they asked direct questions about my past work experience, my work personality, how it relates to customer service, and my experience in office roles.
