I had one interview, it was really informal and I got hired right away. I just walked in and spoke with the manager. I didn't even have my resume ready, but it was fine. This might not be the usual experience though, since other people I work with said their interviews were tougher.

The interview was quick and to the point, but also professional and informative. The managers had a great vibe and created a comfortable atmosphere. We talked about my past work history, how I handle conflicts, my strengths and weaknesses, and areas I'm aware I need to improve. It wasn't too long.

So I had 3 interviews in total. First one was with an assistant manager, then the service manager, and finally the GM of the store. The whole thing was pretty simple, they just asked some normal stuff like 'tell me about yourself' and 'what's your experience'. It was super quick, like 15-20 minutes, with only a couple of questions. The second interview round was kinda messy though, they lost my application and had to ask some stuff again 'cause they didn't talk to each other, which was a bummer. But it wasn't a big deal, just something to watch out for.
