The interview process included three rounds. The first was an online assessment with theory questions about past jobs and technologies. The second was a technical round with basic questions and programming tasks. The third round combined technical and HR aspects, with slightly more difficult questions and programming exercises.

Technical Coding

It was a walk-in drive. We had to be there by 9 am. After finishing the initial paperwork, I finally got called for my first round, which was a discussion about the salary structure. After waiting for an hour, I proceeded to the next stage, a coding test with 3 problems. The last round was the final technical interview, lasting 45 minutes. They told me to wait for the HR response after this round. I felt I answered all the technical questions well, as they were easy. I'm unsure why I didn't get selected, and I didn't receive any feedback. The whole process, from 9 am to 7 pm, was tiring, and I'm not satisfied with it.

The whole interview process spanned two days and was quite rigorous. You first go through several stages like an aptitude test, then a group discussion (GD), followed by a technical interview. The final stage is a personal interview. As mentioned, it's a very tough process. After passing the aptitude test and GD, you have to face the technical interview, which is another elimination round. They ask all sorts of questions, both logical and concept-based.
