The interview process had 4 rounds: Technical L1, then a Client round, followed by the Delivery Head, and finally HR. They decided to have the Client Round at the very beginning instead of later with the Delivery Manager. The Technical Interviewers were quite nice and helpful, but the Client round wasn't the best experience. The interviewer seemed rushed, not giving enough time to set up an example and explain it properly, almost as if they were on a tight schedule.

I thought Bitwise was a good company and I wanted to join, but I was wrong. We discussed the offer and benefits, and I accepted. I put my other offer on hold because I was interested in Bitwise. I was waiting for the official email. After a few weeks, I called the recruiter to check on the progress. He said he was working on it and would send the email soon. I waited another week, but still no email. When I called again, he didn't answer and never responded after that. I wasted time chasing the recruiter, and by then, I lost my other offer. This is very unprofessional behavior from the recruiter, which is risky for candidates. The recruiter needs to communicate and provide information, rather than ignoring calls.

I had applied for Bitwise off-campus recruitment drive in 2019. The first round was Aptitude + SQL ( MCQ Questions ). Questions were quite easy. Cleared the interview easily. I got a call for Group Discussion round the next day. Third round was the Technical Coding round. A time slot of 15 minutes was given to write down three codes. Execute both if and else statements. Remove adjacent characters from a string. Sum of a number until a single digit number. These codes then have to be explained to the technical head as to what logic you have used. They will try to confuse you but you should stay on your point and explain the programs. I received an e-mail after one week for the final round. This round was a Technical+HR round.

I went through over 5 hours of interviews, with some being rescheduled. I also completed a pretty big challenge. After all that, they just ghosted me. I sent an email to thank them and ask for feedback on areas to improve, but they ghosted again. It really felt like they were stringing me along. They mentioned it was down to me and one other person, but then said their CIO was 'sick that day' and they couldn't make a decision. It was obvious they'd already offered the job to the other candidate and just didn't have the guts to tell me, even a week later.
