The hiring process was really long. I applied through Monster.com. First, human resources contacted me and I had a short preliminary interview detailing my background. It wasn't hard if you have sales experience. Then, I had a phone interview with the Regional/Area manager, which was about an hour long and not difficult. The questions were about my sales process, how to turn a client into a customer, and my strengths and weaknesses. The final interview was with the Branch manager at the location, which was really easy and about 45 minutes long. She asked similar questions about my sales process, sales strategy, and what I bring to the job. They asked for a hard close at each stage. About a week later, HR contacted me about an offer and scheduled a time to review it.

I was contacted by a recruiter from their Orange County office for an initial phone screening. At the end of the screening, she scheduled me for an interview at their San Diego office. When I arrived, I first had to take a quick and simple math test about profits. After I finished, they faxed the test over to the woman I spoke with on the phone and conducted a Skype interview with her. This basically consisted of her explaining the company and giving me information about the position, not too many questions. After the Skype interview, I interviewed with the manager at the office. He had a basic list of questions he was required to ask, like 'Tell me about yourself,' 'strengths,' and 'weaknesses.' The whole process took about an hour.

I went through 5 interviews in total. My interviews included speaking with a recruiter, a sales manager, and an area manager. About 3 of the interviews were conducted over the phone, followed by one Skype interview, and the final interview was a face-to-face meeting.
