Manager
The interview was pretty easy and the interviewer kept things relaxed, which was nice. But I didn't like how they asked me to share my screen and start processing the training right away. I did it and regretted it immediately. They didn't give me a chance to officially accept the position, but I think I'll let the company know to reject me if I get other offers.
- What value do you bring to this team?
- What makes you believe you are a good fit for this role?
Manager
It had three steps. First was a prescreening to insure that you have the minimum personality skills. Second step is a quick overview about the company, your responsibilities and compensation. The Third step, is a check in with the hiring manager to see if you are still interested in moving forward with the interview process now that you know the company. The fourth step is a call-back the following day.
- How would you rate your leadership skills on a scale of 1 to 10, and why?
- What motivates you?
- What about the presentation excited you, and why?
Manager
The interview lasted about 25 minutes. They explained in detail what the job would entail. The meeting was conducted over Zoom. I was informed that I would hear back the same day about a potential second interview.
- What is the hourly pay rate?
- What are the operational hours for this role?
- Is there compensation even if a sale is not made?
