the hiring process consist of three stages : 1.online test 2. technical interview 3.hr interview each of these rounds is an elimination round. online test: consisted of logical,verbal and quantitative reasoning and java and dbms mcq which focused on oops ,interfaces and inheritence and basics of dbms and sql . it also consists of one coding question which is very easy don't worry about it . technical interview: just questions on java and oops and basics of dbms like what is abstraction,inheritence,diffrence between abstract class and interface . hr interview : why do you want to join birlasoft and conflict and teamwork related questions .questions related to relocation and bond.

There were three rounds of interview 1- Aptitude 2-Technical Interview 3-HR Most of the filtering takes place in the first two rounds.
