Group Behavioral

The interview process was terrible. First, there was a group discussion, then a one-on-one interview, and finally an HR round. There was absolutely no coordination between interviewers, and it felt like a 'first come, first served' situation. A lot of good people didn't even get a chance to interview because the panel left early.

Behavioral Technical

A staffing agency reached out to me about a Business Analyst role at a top Indian IT company. I agreed to proceed and sent my CV. Three days later, I had a video conference interview with the Delivery Manager at one of their facilities. After passing that, I was set for the HR round, and the Delivery Manager had already told me I got through. I was then scheduled for an HR interview, also via video conference, but I was unavailable, so we rescheduled for the following week, which was fine. The HR interview went well, and they verbally confirmed I'd get the offer letter by tomorrow or Friday at the latest. However, I never received it. When I followed up with the HR person, they had no answers, and I'm not sure what went wrong.
