The first contact is a CTF to be completed within 5 days. It was very nice and educational, but perhaps a bit too difficult for the position applied for.

The time between interviews was quite long, but let's ignore that. The worst part is that a month after the last interview, I was told I had brilliantly passed all steps, and they even congratulated me. Unfortunately, at that moment, there wasn't a suitable position for me, but they assured me they would contact me within a couple of weeks/a month to offer me a role. Two months passed in complete silence, so I reached out asking for clarification and to be informed if the process hadn't been successful. The response was that I had passed the process but still needed to wait a bit. Today, after 3 months, I received a pre-written email stating that the selection process was not successful. What can I say, you be the judge.

The interview started with a group get-to-know-you session. Then there was an individual get-to-know-you interview, and it finished with a technical interview. The whole thing happened over about 2 weeks.
