In the introductory meeting with HR, they asked me about the position and my motivation for applying. We went into depth about my past experiences and the projects listed on my CV, focusing on my accomplishments and the skills I've developed. Originally, the selection process was supposed to only include a call with the HR manager and one with the referring manager. In reality, it turned out to be much longer than expected, with numerous interviews with managers from different teams each time. After two months of new communications and interviews, I haven't received any feedback, even though they assured me there would be and I asked for it.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I was contacted by a recruitment company and had a call with them to discuss my past experience. Then, the actual company process involved an initial HR screening call, followed by a call with the Department Lead, and finally, a presentation.
