Behavioral Technical Case

First interview was with HR, it was chill, I talked about my experience and expectations. Second interview was with 2 managers from the area, I talked about my experience, they asked some questions about challenges I had in my experiences, and about Tableau too. After that, there was a test in English where the manager explained the client's production process and asked how I would solve an issue with the database to get the desired information. Everything was pretty chill, it was a great interview.

Behavioral Technical

The process took about 2-3 weeks. I had interviews with HR, the technical manager, and some managers from the areas related to the job. Everyone was very receptive and transparent, always ready to answer questions and explain how the company and projects work. The questions were all relevant, focused on getting to know me better, without following set scripts or standard questions.

I was selected through the TourboGame with my university, an event organized by Bip to test us. Then the HR group contacted me for an interview and after a couple of months I would graduate and we would talk for the technical interview. Where I initially introduced my story and then I was asked some technical questions about the python language with an exercise and questions about statistics and machine learning. It all lasted an hour with the guy who told me it went well and then I would be contacted by Ms. Eboli Federica's HR group. After three weeks no news while they contacted a colleague of mine with an offer even though he had the interview a week after mine. I contacted them for news and was told that within a week I would have the response (they were probably waiting for my colleague's answer if he accepted their offer or not). In fact, the day after he accepted, the lady wrote to me saying that the interview had been positive but at the moment they didn't have a position for me, without any explanation, maybe saying that in case I would be contacted later, nothing at all. Negative experience, after a month of selection, and meanwhile I still see open positions for my position on linkedin. It would have been faster to tell me that the interview went badly and that's it.
