Behavioral Technical

The selection process had three stages, and in all of them, they made me feel comfortable, and time really flew by. The first stage was with HR, a presentation interview where they asked about my motivations for applying. The second was a technical interview with the manager, discussing past experiences and technical alignment with the role's duties. The third involved talking with partners from the area about technical and motivational aspects. Overall, a very positive experience.

I had an initial call with the HR person from BIP. The call was very short, about three minutes. She barely introduced herself or BIP. She just asked me why I wanted to join BIP and what industries I've worked in. If the goal is just to hit KPIs on candidate contact, it would be better not to waste our time.

Behavioral Technical Case

After an initial phone contact, there's a first introductory interview with HR via Teams, where they ask why you want to work in consulting, if you know the company, about past experiences, etc. If you pass that, there's a second technical interview with a business case and/or logical-mathematical questions (market sizing, reasoning). More technical questions related to the position you applied for, if you know the reference industry, trends, etc. There might be a 3rd interview finally with a senior who generally confirms what was tested during the second interview with the manager.

  • How many tires do you think are sold in Italy each year?
  • Are you familiar with the energy supply chain?
  • Describe how you would act in the following hypothetical scenario: xxxxx
