It was a 1-hour chat with HR, covering my background (studies/work), my motivation for joining Bip, my knowledge about the company, which division interests me most and why, plus a logical business case. It was a chill, informal chat.

Had a quick call with general questions and then a job interview where they went a bit deeper. It was weird because they said they'd call me and two minutes later LinkedIn notified me they weren't moving forward with my application.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First there was a chat with HR, then a meeting with the manager, and finally a meeting with a partner. They asked general questions about my past experience. Part of the interview was in English. The last selection phase was done via Skype which was convenient for me before covid, and I really appreciated that they were open-minded about my atypical background. They explained the selection process clearly. The feedback I received was prompt and timely.
