Technical Case Presentation

I had two interviews. One with the manager and another with the senior manager. Both had two parts each: a personal interview and a practical case. In the interview with the manager, I did two practical cases. Everything was pretty standard, not too difficult or particularly easy.

  • A practical case was market estimation.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed with the business team first, then with HR. This is different from the typical Big 4 consulting process where you usually meet HR first. Sometimes in Big 4s, you get picked by HR, do a few interviews, and then the business rejects you because you don't fit the job requirements.

  • Tell me about your technical skills.
  • What is your understanding of our company?
