The interview process was comprehensive and well-designed. All interviewers were friendly and asked relevant questions to assess my consulting skills. Most interviews were under 40 minutes, which made scheduling during business hours convenient.

I applied through Linkedin and was contacted by a recruiter after a few days to set up a 30 min phone screen. This was for general questions and to get to know each other. A week later, I got a follow-up email asking to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. This interview was also behavioral, covering my resume and background, plus more info about the firm. Before that, I had to complete three online assessments: Excel, Logic, and a short essay comparing PM and BA roles. Two weeks passed, and then I was invited for an in-person interview with two very warm people. It was mostly behavioral and fit questions. After that, I had to create a PPT deck based on a simple case study with provided information, including specific elements like charts and recommendations, which was straightforward but time-consuming. Then, I submitted my professional references. A few weeks later, the recruiter called to check on my other offers and current interview status, mentioning they were still figuring out staffing needs and would reach out if things changed. I eventually withdrew because I accepted another offer, partly because the process was long (3+ months) with unclear hiring needs, which felt like a waste of time given the assessments and references required.

Expect multiple calls, in-person meetings, and around 6 different assessments. They take a very long time to get back to you, with long quiet periods between follow-ups. It felt like a complete waste of time and the most inefficient interview process I've been through. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a lot of free time and are willing to take a chance on maybe getting the job.
