I was asked at a job fair if I could work off hours and I said no. I ended up interviewing and got an offer letter which arrived on a Friday around 6pm. I had to give them an answer by 3pm Monday. It was disappointing that the hours they offered me were the ones I told them that wouldn't work for me.

The recruiter gave me a call and I had a phone interview within a day. A few days later, I went in for an in-person interview. First, I met with the recruiter in a conference room. Then, after a short wait, a supervisor and manager came in and interviewed me together. It felt more in-depth than a typical customer service interview, and it was clear they were very serious about their jobs and the role I was applying for.

The hiring process was efficient and quick. Everyone I interacted with was professional. The interviews were thorough, friendly, and effective. First, I had a phone screening with HR and then I interviewed in person with the head of the department. Later, I got a call from HR offering me the position.
