First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BioMarin Pharmaceutical.

I applied on bmrn.com and HR got back to me a few months later to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. They talked about the job and what they were looking for, and asked about my availability and past experience. Then, about two weeks to a month later, they offered me an in-person interview, covering all travel and lodging. It was a superday with several hour-long interviews with scientists and directors, a site tour in Novato, and a free lunch with coworkers. They asked about my past experience and my personality to see how I work. I felt prepared and it wasn't too hard.
