Behavioral

The interview process was straightforward. It had 2 main rounds: an initial screening with the recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Both interviews focused on behavioral questions. The interviewers were kind, and there were no technical questions, just inquiries about previous work experiences.

I only made it through the first phone screening. I could tell about halfway through the interviewer didn't really like me. I was trying to be engaging in conversation but the responses were very short and abrupt.

The job posting was super clear about what they needed for the IT Intern role, even down to project specifics. My background seemed to be a good fit, so I applied. First, I had a group interview with the ERP Director and someone from CSV. It was a chat to see if my experience lined up with what they were looking for. They both explained the role and what they hoped to get done during the summer internship. They asked detailed technical questions about the software I've used and my projects. After that, I had an HR interview with standard behavioral questions.
