Technical Behavioral Presentation

It was a good experience overall. They had a written part where they checked my understanding of dilutions and measurements. Then, during a panel interview, they made some interesting remarks on my answers, but it was to make sure I knew the job. After that, I got a tour of the facility, and then I met with the director in HR for a final 1:1.

Behavioral Technical

I put in my application online. The interview process took about two weeks. It included a phone chat and then an in-person interview. After that, there was a two-week waiting period for them to decide if they were going to offer me the job. The interviewer was really not friendly. He barely paid attention to me during the interview and was on his computer the whole time. He even made me repeat myself because he wasn't listening. He sounded really condescending and rude the entire time. He kept rejecting my answers to the basic question "Why do you think we should hire you?" telling me to "try again" each time. I'm not a kid. I wouldn't have taken the job even if they offered it to me.

I had a panel interview where a group of employees asked me a bunch of questions about what a protein purification manufacturing associate does. They really wanted to check if I knew how to actually run a purification or if I just put stuff on my application. It was kinda hard but it was done in about 50 minutes. There was also a short quiz at the end about concentrations and Beer's Law.
