Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BioAgilytix Labs.
Analyst
The interview process was conducted by multiple groups, and it was an in-person interview held in a conference room. The people were very nice and created a friendly environment, making it feel like a close-knit community. A flexible work schedule would be a great addition.
- Could you explain your reasons for choosing your major?
Analyst
They had two short interviews, about 30 mins each. First was with HR, then the manager and scientists. I heard back about the offer in 2 to 3 weeks.
- Can you tell me about how you manage your time?
Analyst
I had a phone interview about a week after applying. I spoke with a really nice director who asked about my past lab work. Then, I set up a two-hour video interview with seven people. I met them in groups of one or two for about thirty minutes each. They didn't ask a lot of behavioral questions, mostly focusing on my skillset and how my lab experience fits the role. The HR person was great too, very open about the whole process and asked about my life goals.
- Can you tell me about your aseptic experience?
- Could you explain how an ELISA functions?
- What's your experience with GxP regulations?
