First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bio-Rad Laboratories.
Quality Engineer II
Had a 45 min phone screen with the recruiter first. Then went on-site for a 2 hour interview where I met with 3 different people. It took about 4 weeks total from when I first talked to the recruiter until the end. They were pretty good about communication, always letting me know what was going on.
- Could you tell me about your experience with NCs?
- What's your experience with CAPAs?
- Can you provide examples of your experience with NCs and CAPAs?
Software QA Engineer
The hiring process is quite slow. They eventually respond to follow-up emails or will reject your application. After the recruiter call, I didn't get any update on whether my application was proceeding or if it was rejected.
- No response was received from the recruiter following the initial recruiter phone call.
Software QA Tester
The interview process involves 4 rounds. It started with a chat with the QA managers, then a technical interview, followed by meeting future teammates, and finally an HR interview. Overall, it was a pleasant and welcoming experience.
