I went through three rounds. First was a recruiter call where they asked personal questions. The first technical interview was about systems design, specifically how to achieve 99.99% uptime for an exchange and how to handle failures. The second technical interview focused on Node.js understanding, asking about measuring latency for 50 feeds with 10,000 messages per second per feed with minimal overhead and potential pitfalls, or how to address system pages indicating constraint violations.

The first interview round, about 55 minutes long, will involve introducing yourself, talking about your work experience, and answering some basic computer science questions. When introducing yourself, make sure to talk briefly about your background and what you hope to achieve career-wise. For the work experience part, focus on your biggest accomplishments and projects, especially ones that align with the job you're applying for. The computer science questions could touch on things like algorithms, data structures, and system design.

We start with looking at your resume to see if you're a good fit. Then there's an online coding test, followed by a technical interview to check your coding and problem-solving skills. After that, a behavioral interview to see how you work with others and communicate. Then, an on-site interview with more technical talks. The last interview is about seeing if you fit the culture and what your career goals are. Finally, we talk about the offer.
