I was applying for the pm intern position. The HR interview and the first team interview went well. The first interview with the immediate leader focused on resume questions and some product exchange analysis. The second interview with the team manager was entirely resume-based, with no professional questions. The manager's feedback was that my experience was too web3 and not centralized enough, which felt like a subjective decision without professional standards. Ultimately, they rejected me, citing that my background and experience didn't meet their requirements, which I found to be a ridiculous reason. Most of the interviews were in Mandarin, so be prepared.
