The first step was a screening call with a recruiter to go over general stuff and see if I knew the company's values. After that, there was an assessment that I had 3 days to complete, which was pretty challenging. Then, I had an interview with the regional managers where they asked about my background, my knowledge of crypto, and what I see for the role itself. The final interview was with an executive who focused on my background and the crypto market, but unfortunately, they didn't review the assessment I worked hard on and just asked questions I'd already answered. They were also a bit cold, though still professional. Except for that last chat, all the interviews were pretty good.

It was a smooth, swift, but detailed interview process. The interviewers were very friendly. We started with a brief introduction of the company and the team. Then they introduced the function of the team and the role of the job. After that, they asked questions about myself.

In late 2021, I went through a 5-stage interview process. It started with a TA scan, followed by an interview with the line manager. Then came a peer interview, after which I met with the CMO. The process concluded with a final review by the line manager. It was a great experience to go through many rounds of interview in the progress.
