First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Binance.
Juriste
Lawyer
For Fintech companies like this, expect a very flexible process. All interviews were remote, with managers, future colleagues, and other department employees. Due to interviewers from different nationalities, there was a wide range of interview styles. It took about a month to get started, but then I completed 5 interviews in less than a month. Interviewers were always happy to see me and willing to share the pros and cons of working at Binance. HR provided support throughout, with smooth communication. No need to be overly serious, just be yourself and bring your value and entrepreneurial spirit.
- What are your thoughts on crypto regulation?
- Can you tell us about your soft skills?
- Are you entrepreneurial and comfortable with flexible working hours?
Legal Counsel
The interview process involved four separate video calls with different people from the legal team. Each call lasted about 30-40 minutes and included a mix of technical, hypothetical, and personality-based questions, depending on who you talked to. The whole thing was pretty smooth and quick, with just a few days between each chat. Sarah Chong from HR was really helpful and professional throughout, always keeping me updated on what was next and responding quickly to any questions. She was flexible with my schedule and even sent me links to my interviewers' bios, which was a nice touch.
- What difficulties do you foresee in moving from private practice to an in-house position?
