The initial screening interview was the only stage. The recruiter reached out via email within two days of applying. They were professional and nice, offering multiple 30-minute Google Meet times. It was more of a 'getting to know you' chat to check relevant experience rather than a technical interview. The recruiter said they wanted to advance my application to the management stage, and things seemed to be going well. However, nothing happened after that. When I followed up, they stated their focus shifted to filling senior leadership roles, not the one I applied for. I'm not sure if they hired someone for that role. The outcome was unexpected given their initial enthusiasm.

There were 4 interviews in total. I started with HR, then had an interview with the compliance officer, followed by interviews with the global team. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the second interview, but it was a good experience overall. I really like that the company communicated the outcome instead of ghosting, which is a terrible feeling. The first HR interview covered my motivation, experience, and general skills. The second interview was pretty laid back and the person interviewing me was nice. They mainly asked about my previous job duties and my knowledge of crypto.

Had an interview with HR that was a standard review of my background and questions about my career, schooling, and crypto knowledge. It was 30 mins. After, I got an assignment. Sent it back and then they just stopped responding to emails. Not a professional outfit, they ghosted.
