Software Engineer
The interview started with a phone screen, which was basically a practical test to see if you know Java well. You should practice your Java skills and focus on writing clean code. After that, there was an onsite interview which continued the same business problem from the phone screen.
- What's your approach to managing stakeholder relationships?
Software Engineer
I finished the online technical assignment but then got ghosted. It takes a lot of time to get through the whole process: application, research, a recruiter call, prep, a 2-hour assignment, and then following up a bunch. I don't know how this company hires people. It's probably like how their CEO talks to reporters on YouTube, never answering anything. Seriously, look it up yourself. My advice: avoid this place and save your time. Go find a company that actually respects candidates.

Software Engineer
This had five interview rounds. The first was with the recruiter, then a conversational/behavioral with the Director of Technology. After that, there were two rounds that had to be in the office. I got an offer within an hour after completing my onsite, but then I was asked if I wanted to talk to the CEO, which I said yes to. This was the SECRET fifth round after which my offer was rescinded. I asked him about the revenue model and profitability, which they are, and challenged it, and maybe that offended him that I don't trust and believe in the company prospects.
