First a recruiter call, then a behavioral interview. After that, it was a multi-manager whiteboard interview all on the same day. Each manager interviewed differently. Some kept it technical, others mixed behavioral and technical. Some were strictly behavioral. A lot of focus on the resume and explaining it in detail. Expected to know the company culture. Offer in a few weeks.

Just like the previous reviewer mentioned, there were indeed 8 interviews conducted, and everything seemed positive. However, in the end, after I followed up, I received a generic email stating that they had decided to go in a different direction for the role. It was completely unprofessional. If they start scheduling 8 interviews after the first round, you should definitely just RUN away!
