The interview process had 4 stages. First was a call with the recruiter. Then, there was a meeting with two people from the team. After that, there was a chemistry chat, which was the final stage. I really enjoyed the whole process. I didn’t get the job but received some really constructive feedback which was nice. Everyone that I met was super kind and nice.

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and had a initial phone call regarding my application. He was very nice and conversation went great, was very transparent throughout the application process as well. However I’m told that the hiring manager is looking for someone even more senior. I have 2 years experience in influencer marketing, asked for a slightly higher salary that what they offer. Can’t quite comprehend how the hiring team wanted someone with even more experience with the salary range they offer for this position. If they rejected me because my asking salary was a bit high, I would’ve been willing to lower it as I really liked the company. I wasn’t asked about my experience at all in the initial phone call, I was quite confident I would get a second interview. It is a shame they rejected me before getting to know me and my past experience. Only rated this experience Neutral because the recruiter seemed super nice.

The interview process is pretty conversational, so don't expect typical interview questions. It can be quite long though, as they really care about personality and culture fit, not just if you can do the job. You'll probably meet a few people from the team and might have to do a task.
