It was like a job fair, we all sat together for a group interview. Everyone got a turn to speak and show their stuff, which is cool since some places only pay attention to the first person. Everyone who got the job got a call back that same night. The hiring process was fast, and then everyone came in to get the paperwork done.

I applied for the job, and the manager told me to come back in a week. When I returned, I interviewed with another associate. They said they liked me and would pass my application to the manager, who would call me, but I never received a call. A week later, I went in again, and the manager promised a call later that week. Again, no call. I eventually moved on to other opportunities.

I applied in the store and got a call about a week later. I went in for an interview with a manager. We talked about challenges in my past jobs, my personal traits, and why I wanted to work at Billabong. He mentioned there would be two interviews and he'd call if I got a second interview. I got a call that night for a second interview two days later. This second interview was tougher, with similar questions asked in different ways to make it challenging. She said she would call if I got the job, but I never heard back.
