Customer Service Representative
Their hiring process was pretty straightforward. When you apply, they'll give you a call for an initial interview. If you pass that, you'll move on to their assessment, which isn't too long compared to other companies. I actually had an audio issue and didn't pass the first time, but they were nice enough to let me retake it. After passing, I had a final interview over Microsoft Teams. It was a good conversation because the HR person was really calm and friendly. Then, I got the job offer.
- What is your approach to dealing with angry customers?
Customer Service Representative
The interview began really casually and personally, making it tricky to gauge how professional I needed to be. The interviewer dug into a lot of personal questions not tied to the job, like my past experiences and situations with people I knew, which felt awkward and out of place. Then, when it was time for job-related questions, the vibe instantly changed. The questions about the role were rushed, and I often got cut off before I could finish my answers. It seemed like the focus was more on personal details than my skills, and the actual interview part felt like an afterthought. The whole process was messy, disorganized, and not very professional.
- I was asked some personal questions that didn't seem relevant or appropriate for the job.
- Some questions were about my life outside of work and my history with the company, which made me feel uneasy.
- I was questioned about why I, at my age, didn't have children.
Customer Service Representative
Had three interviews for this role. The last one was a group interview and they gave us a tour of the office. The communication with HR was really choppy and I had trouble getting responses. They also asked for documents that I've never been asked for before when they offered me the job, which made me really uncomfortable.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- We'd like to ask some personality questions.
- Tell me about a time you faced a specific situation.
