Behavioral Presentation

It was an online interview, and they used some high pressure sales tactics. The interviewer was half an hour late, but overall it was a pretty straightforward process. They asked about my sales experience and had me do a mock call.

Behavioral Other

The interview began really casually and personally, making it tricky to gauge how professional I needed to be. The interviewer dug into a lot of personal questions not tied to the job, like my past experiences and situations with people I knew, which felt awkward and out of place. Then, when it was time for job-related questions, the vibe instantly changed. The questions about the role were rushed, and I often got cut off before I could finish my answers. It seemed like the focus was more on personal details than my skills, and the actual interview part felt like an afterthought. The whole process was messy, disorganized, and not very professional.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • I was asked some personal questions that didn't seem relevant or appropriate for the job.
  • Some questions were about my life outside of work and my history with the company, which made me feel uneasy.
  • I was questioned about why I, at my age, didn't have children.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview was mostly about behavior, situations, and scripts. They didn't ask 'tell me about yourself.' Everything was job-related and about scenario situations. It was a long interview, involved reading scripts, and felt like they were really digging into my mind to find something wrong.

The interview process was quick, finishing in under a week. The interviewers were nice, but they didn't respect my time by scheduling an interview slot. The HR called and wanted to interview me right away.
