You'll start with a greeting from the interviewer who'll introduce themselves and give you a quick rundown on the company and what the job is all about. Then, the main part kicks in where they'll ask you about your previous jobs, what you're good at, and how it all fits what they're looking for, usually with questions about how you'd behave or handle certain situations.

Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process and the people I met were very professional. It seemed like a well-run organization. I interviewed with the hiring manager, who was looking for a replacement, and a few executives. They were all professional and kind. My overall impression was very positive, even though I didn't get an offer. There were two interview rounds, and the questions were well thought out. I think it would have been a great place to work. There also seemed to be very little turnover, which is always a good sign.

  • What are your 5-year career aspirations if you were to join the company?
