The process was quick, finishing in less than a week. The next week involved orientation. It was straightforward, asking about your willingness to perform tasks. The actual work was easy, but the company was very disorganized. Training was nonexistent; they assumed you knew everything. Managers expected tasks to be completed in under twenty minutes. Asking management questions resulted in negative reactions. Coworkers were generally fine.

I dropped off my application on a Friday and met the manager. I got a call for an interview the following Monday. The interview itself was good; two managers were present and asked typical questions that anyone could answer. I received a job offer on Friday and am currently considering it, though the hours (4 am to 9 am) are a bit early. I'm thinking about discussing alternative hours with the manager if other positions are available.
