So, my interview process was a bit different. I applied on Glassdoor, and they actually had me do some freelance editing first. Then, they invited me in person for the content writer job interview. I also got a referral from an employee. The hiring managers were super chill and friendly, and they gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions about the company and the role. They were also really quick to reply to my emails after the interview.

Behavioral Technical

I applied and a few days later, someone emailed me for an interview. I came in and met with two people, but honestly, the manager acted like he didn’t even want to be there. He kept looking away and not paying attention to what I was saying. I couldn’t find anywhere to park and the chair I was sitting in was broken, so if I leaned back, I would have fallen off. The interview was 30 minutes and I felt uncomfortable the whole time.
