The interview process was fantastic. The two employees who interviewed me were great and very respectful. They put me at ease during the interview and asked questions directly related to the job. I liked this because I got all the information I needed from the interview. I wasn't actively looking to change jobs at the time, but they convinced me that Big-D would be a good career move.

It was a really nice and easy interview over Zoom. They talked through my resume and asked some general get-to-know-you questions. I just wish we had more time to discuss the actual role and what a typical day involves.

I applied online and was contacted quickly for a phone interview. The HR person was really nice and we talked about if it was a good fit for both of us. She told me some cool things about the company culture which made me more interested in Big D. After that, I was scheduled for another interview where I met with the VP and some team members. The whole process was great and I felt comfortable and like part of the team right away. I got the offer a few days later and started smoothly.

First, there's one interview for cultural fit. If that goes well, you get a take-home assignment. Your performance on the take-home will determine if you get invited for another round, which is a presentation of your work. If you ace the presentation and there aren't any better candidates, you'll get an offer; otherwise, you might not hear back.
