Applied via Indeed and got an email for an interview. Then had to fill out an 8-10 page application. Was kept waiting 15-20 mins before meeting with two women for over an hour. They stressed the need for case managers, explaining the job involves a lot of phone work (calling clients and documenting visits, 5-7 pages of notes). Was asked tons of questions. Afterward, was asked to do a mock case interview or situational test, but wasn't given enough time after being there for over 2 hours. Asked to come back for it, they agreed and said they'd contact me, but I never heard back after a month. Very unprofessional.

It was a pretty relaxed interview. They asked me some specific questions about how I'd deal with tough cases. Most of it was about my personality to see if I'd fit in the office and the job. This was just me and the interviewer. After that, I had a group interview with everyone else in the office so they could check out my personality and how I'd fit with what they do.

It was hard and took many interview rounds, including several HR rounds, several technical rounds with very interesting case studies and actual facts. My speaking skills were tested along with critical thinking skills.
