So, the interview process involved a few one-on-one meetings. I first spoke with the manager, then the store manager, and finally the district manager. After that, they made me a job offer. Honestly, when they first offered me $10.50 an hour, especially with my years of experience, I was pretty upset and discouraged. I initially said no, but later that day they called back and upped the offer to $11 an hour. I thought about it, but ultimately accepted because they promised to give me a raise once I proved myself.
