Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BIC.
Supply Planner
First meeting with my future manager (N+1) which was very general. She was really nice and welcoming. Then, a second interview with N+2, which was more hands-on, focusing on the operational aspects, technical skills, and the job itself. I'd recommend it. They weren't trying to trick me or make me feel uncomfortable; it was a real discussion to see if I'd fit with the team.
- What would be your dream job?
Demand Planner
First, there was an interview with the HR team to give a general overview of the position. After that, an interview with the Manager, and then they extended the offer. It was a very quick process with immediate hiring.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Tell me about your experience.
- Describe the most difficult situation you've faced and how you solved it.
Demand Planner
It was 3 rounds total. Started with hr screening, then hiring manager chat and finally a panel interview with the hr partner. Average difficulty.
- Tell me about a mistake you made.
