Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BIC.
Key Account Manager
Even though there were 5 interview rounds, it was a really friendly and professional experience. Because of the tight schedule and the distance, all interviews took place online, but everything went smoothly from scheduling to the interviews themselves.
- What is motivating you to look for a new role and to join BIC?
Key Account Manager
The interview process is very structured and pleasant. First, there's a friendly welcome where you get to know the company and the interviewers. After that, we'll discuss your career path, experiences, and why you're interested in this role. The tone is open and respectful throughout. They really want you to feel comfortable and get all your questions answered. There's also a part where you can ask your own questions about the company, the role, and career development. The interview usually ends with an overview of the next steps, which is helpful for planning. Overall, you feel well taken care of and valued as a candidate.
- What is your motivation for applying to this particular company?
Account Manager
The interview process was pretty standard until the final stage. Unfortunately, after that last stage, I was ghosted and never received a final decision, even after I sent a follow-up email. The lack of transparency and respect from the company was disappointing.
- Could you tell me why you are interested in BIC?
- What motivates you to seek a new position at this time?
